Meet the mini ruffle. Due to the popularity of the longer style Ruffle Wrap Dress there is now a mini version. Most elements of the dress the same but tweaked it slightly with the flutter sleeves and thiner waist tie. 

Like the longer version, this dreamy dress has a discreet inside tie which accentuates the waist areas by nipping it in to secure the dress in place. The outside tie helps displays the ruffles which flow beautifully down creating an elegant waterfall finish. The tie also features gold beads and a gold pineapple charm for that extra special detail.
